Jan. 28th Assignment: Video Comments:
Video One - Conflict Resolution: I think this teacher's ability to act as a mediator for the kids helped them work through their 
            problem. I feel that the kids will definitely be able to build on their problem solving skills in future situations.
Video Two - Classroom Arrangement: I liked how the one teacher said to put yourself in the student's position so that you can 
            see what they view from where they are.  I believe that the arrangement of the classroom can be changed so that you 
            can make the most of each situation for the students.
Video Three - Cooperative Learning: I have worked in many day cares and have found that cooperative learning works very well.  
              The kids always seemed to enjoy working in groups with other students.  I believe that it can help develop each 
              childs positive social skills and problem solving abilities.  I think it's a great idea, as long as the teach is 
              monitoring each group for appropriate behavior and work from each student.

PG. 79 Site of our choosing summary:  www.discovery.school.com  This website gives a wide range of subjects for any teacher to 

choose from when needing ideas for lesson plans.  For each category, there are lesson plans offered for grades K-12.  The site 

also offers different games & activities the students can do as well.  Also offered is an extensive Clip Art Gallery that allows 

students to choose from hundreds of graphics for projects and such.  There are many other things that this site offers.  I 

believe that this website would be extremely helpful for teachers and students in many ways alike!
